How to Use a Superbuy Spreadsheet: From a Find to a Checked Order

A practical Superbuy spreadsheet workflow: find products, verify the original listing, record the right options and review your order before shipping.

A Superbuy spreadsheet helps you discover products. It becomes useful when you can carry the exact item, size and colour from that discovery into an order you understand. A photograph and an attractive price are a starting point; the original listing and the selected options are what you need to verify before paying.

This guide explains how to use the live collection on SuperbuyTab without losing that context. Our catalogue reads product information from CnBuyCha. Purchasing, warehouse inspection, payment and international delivery take place on Superbuy. Keeping those responsibilities separate makes it easier to identify where to check a price, ask a question or resolve a mismatch.

Start with a specific shopping requirement

Before opening dozens of listings, write down the job the item must do. For clothing, that might mean a particular fit, fabric preference and maximum item budget. For an accessory, it might be dimensions, closure type or compatibility. A clear requirement gives you a reason to reject unsuitable results instead of accumulating a shortlist based only on appearance.

Use categories for broad discovery and search for a narrower term. On this site, choosing a category starts a fresh category view and clears the previous search. Searching while inside a category deliberately narrows that category. If a result set seems unexpectedly small, check the search box and active category before assuming the other products have disappeared.

Sorting changes the order of the source results. A popular item is not automatically a better fit for your requirements, and a low listed price does not show the complete cost of receiving it. Use sorting to navigate, then assess the underlying listing on its own merits.

Preserve the product’s identity

Open the product page and follow the original listing link when available. Record the marketplace, product ID and exact option you intend to buy. Similar photographs can appear in different listings, while one listing can contain several versions with different prices. A product title alone is a weak identifier.

The catalogue’s own page identifier can differ from the marketplace item ID. SuperbuyTab passes the original marketplace URL to Superbuy when that URL is available. When checking a purchase page, compare the source listing and selected variation rather than expecting every number in every website address to match.

Make your shortlist easy to audit. A small note beside each candidate is more useful than saving twenty tabs with no explanation:

Field What to record Why it matters
Source Marketplace URL and seller Identifies the actual offer
Option Colour, version, size and quantity Prevents a similar option being selected
Evidence Size chart or detail still needed Shows what remains unresolved
Budget Item cost plus a separate shipping allowance Avoids treating the listing price as a delivered price
Decision Keep, ask a question or reject Stops old candidates becoming accidental purchases

This is your personal planning note, not an additional product database maintained by this site. The live catalogue remains the source for current discovery data.

Recheck the listing inside Superbuy

Superbuy’s shopping-agent guide describes entering a product link, selecting item details and paying for the purchasing stage. When the Superbuy page opens, read the option labels again. Do not assume a linked photograph has selected the colour or size you had in mind.

Check quantity, unit price and any domestic delivery charge together. A minimum order quantity or a more expensive variation can change the amount even when the headline price looked suitable. If a field is unclear or the listing does not load correctly, stop before payment and use Superbuy’s shopping enquiry or support channels with the original URL.

Keep useful instructions concrete. “Please buy the blue version, size M, one piece” is easier to verify than “same as the photo.” If the seller has two blue options, use the exact option label or an annotated reference. Do not rely on a note to override a clearly different selection in the order form; have any discrepancy clarified first.

Budget for two different stages

The official buying workflow separates purchasing from international parcel submission. The first stage gets the item to the warehouse. The later stage involves selecting stored items and arranging delivery to your address. Plan for both before placing the initial order.

Use a conservative allowance for delivery while item weight and packed dimensions are unknown. Record which figures are confirmed and which are estimates. An unconfirmed shipping figure should remain visibly unconfirmed in your budget, rather than silently becoming a fixed number when you compare products.

Two visually similar items can create different shipping requirements. A rigid box, a fragile part or a bulky shape may affect how the item can be packed. Before choosing between them, consider whether your budget depends on a packaging change that has not yet been confirmed as suitable.

For a fuller breakdown, use our Superbuy fees guide and the official shipping calculator. Neither a spreadsheet price nor an independent article can guarantee the final charge for your parcel.

Review warehouse evidence before combining orders

Superbuy’s guide places inspection and warehouse photos after the item arrives. Those photographs relate to your received item. A seller image or a catalogue gallery serves a different purpose and should not be treated as proof that your particular order has arrived correctly.

Compare the visible item with the option you recorded. Check the size label, colour, quantity and any detail that matters to your intended use. If a photograph does not show a critical feature, write a specific request for additional evidence rather than guessing from an unclear angle.

Resolve a mismatch before making irreversible packaging choices. Removing tags or discarding a box can make later investigation more complicated. Our QC photo checklist provides a practical review order, including when to request a measurement instead of another general photograph.

Build a parcel around a decision, not a growing wish list

When several orders are waiting, choose which items are actually ready to ship. “Arrived” and “accepted after review” are different states in a useful personal checklist. Keep unresolved items out of a parcel until you know what action you want to take.

Consider the destination, item categories, packed size and protection requirements together. Combining items may be convenient, but it is not a reason to assume every combination is suitable or cheaper. Compare the available options in your account using the real parcel information.

Set a spending limit for the complete purchase and a date to review waiting orders. Without those two boundaries, a spreadsheet can encourage another small addition every time you return to it. The relevant question is whether an additional item still fits your original plan, including delivery and any destination charges that apply.

A repeatable check before payment

Read the source URL and option one last time. Confirm the quantity and currency. Identify the unresolved cost or measurement, if any. Decide whether you have enough information to proceed, and keep the confirmation with your order record.

After payment, use the order record rather than the discovery page as the reference for what was purchased. If a listing later changes its photographs, title or available options, your saved order details help explain the issue to support. This is especially useful when several similar products are moving through the warehouse at different times.

You can now browse the Superbuy spreadsheet with a clear sequence: discover, identify, select, verify, review and ship. That sequence is more valuable than the size of a collection because it connects each attractive find to a purchase decision you can explain.
